As a personal trainer with skills & qualifications ranging from Kung Fu, lifestyle advice, plyometrics, nutritional advice, core training, weight loss etc, I will devise a training programme to suit the needs of you as an individual and help you work to achieve the results that YOU want!

Training with me is always going to be fun, effective and more importantly... I will ensure you meet all the goals we set together. Sometimes, you need that extra push to reach your full potential and I can make that happen.

My belief is that through keeping fit and obtaining/maintaining good health your general way of life is richer in all aspects.

With a back ground in Kung Fu and a love for plyometric training, I am always learning new training methods/skills and developing myself; enabling me to be the best trainer I can be for my clients.
