As a personal trainer with skills & qualifications ranging from Kung Fu, lifestyle advice,
plyometrics, nutritional advice, core training, weight loss etc, I will devise a training programme
to suit the needs of you as an individual and help you work to achieve the
results that YOU want!

My belief is that through keeping fit and obtaining/maintaining good health your general

With a back ground in Kung Fu and a love for plyometric training, I am
always learning new training methods/skills and developing myself;
